Do I need to be home during a cleaning?
No, although it is entirely up to you.
If I'm not home to let cleaners in what do I do?
Most of our clients provide us with a key or give us specific directions on what methods work best for them.
What if something breaks?
Our policy is to leave the broken item on your counter with a note about the damage. We also call you to further discuss the matter.
Can I have my pet loose in the house?
Yes, as long as your pet is friendly that is not a problem for us. Our employees are all pet friendly people.
How do I relay messages or changes if I have any?
You can call our office, text us, email us, or relay the messages through our employees.
How do I pay?
Payment needs to be made the day of service either on our website, or by leaving a check or cash payment at your home (unless we agree to other form of payment)
Who provides the supplies used in the cleaning?
We provide all the supplies, including products, vacuum, and rags, needed to clean your home or property. We do offer eco-friendly products upon request, and we provide those as well.
Can the cleaners use my supplies?
Yes, please leave them out or let us know where they are and they will be used accordingly. If you are concerned about allergies or simply want us to use your vacuum, you can also leave that out for us.
Do I need to tip my cleaners?
Although tipping your cleaners is not necessary, if you feel they did an excellent job, you are welcome to leave a tip as an expression of your gratitude.
What if my cleaners are late?
We pride ourselves on being reliable and prompt, although situations happen. If thats the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
